You can exchange your item within 30 days of receiving your order, as long as it is in its original condition—unworn, undamaged, and with all original packaging intact. To initiate an exchange, please contact us at contact@publicdisplaysofattention.com with your order number and the details of the item you'd like to exchange.
Once we receive the item and confirm its condition, we’ll process your exchange and ship the replacement.
Please note: we cannot process exchanges for items that show signs of wear or damage.

When you purchase an e-gift card (free money), you’ll receive a digital card via email that includes a unique code. This code can be used at checkout, on our website, to apply the gift card amount towards any purchase.
You can also choose to send the e-gift card, as a gift, directly to the recipient’s email address.
Please note that e-gift cards are non-refundable and do not expire.
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at contact@publicdisplaysofattention.com with your order number and a description (or photo) of the issue. We’ll work quickly to resolve the problem.
If you need to modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@publicdisplaysofattention.com. We can make changes to your order before it has been processed and shipped.
If you need to change the delivery address after your order has shipped, please reach out to the mail courier directly with your tracking information to request the address change.
