EXCHANGE POLICY
Exchange Policy
We do not accept returns or give refunds on any items. We have a 30-day exchange policy which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a new size.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We ask that you wear underwear when first trying on your thong purchases, as we reserve the right to refuse exchanges that show any signs of wear.

If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not in the United States, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Damages & Issues
Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
